Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>In accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206\/2005), the customer \u2013 whether a consumer or a professional \u2013 has the right to withdraw from the contract within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving the products, without having to provide any reason.<\/p>\n<p>Product prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT applicable according to the country of destination of the order.<\/p>\n<p>To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written notice to <strong>RAL 3 S.r.l.<\/strong> at the e-mail address: <a href=\"mailto:info@passione500.it\">info@passione500.it<\/a> or from their account page.<\/p>\n<p>After notification and approval, the customer will receive a <strong>Return Merchandise Authorisation<\/strong> (RMA) containing precise instructions for returning the goods.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warning:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Packages sent without prior RMA authorization will not be accepted.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of unauthorised shipment, RAL 3 S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse the parcel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h2>2. Conditions for Returns<\/h2>\n<p>For the return to be considered valid, it is necessary that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the products are returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging;<\/li>\n<li>the goods are shipped within <strong>14 days of notification of withdrawal<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>the parcel is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport;<\/li>\n<li>the shipment is addressed exclusively to the address provided by <strong>RAL 3 S.r.l.<\/strong> during the RMA procedure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Checking goods upon delivery<\/strong><br \/>\nUpon delivery, the customer is required to check the packaging and request the paper delivery note, on which they must sign, stamp and, if necessary, add a specific reason for reservation (not a generic one).<\/p>\n<p>If the courier only has a handheld device, the customer must photograph the reservation entered by the driver; if this is not possible, it is advisable not to accept delivery of the parcel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If the packaging shows any abnormalities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>indicate a specific and justified reservation such as \u201cbroken cardboard\u201d, \u201cdamaged packaging\u201d or similar on the paper delivery note (not on the handheld device);<\/li>\n<li>photograph any defects in the packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>If the packaging is intact but there are doubts about the integrity of the contents:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sign with reservation, giving reasons for your doubts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The reservation of control must be made in the presence of the courier. In the absence of a justified reservation, we will not be able to intervene in the event of damage to the items. <\/p>\n<p>RAL 3 S.r.l. shall not be liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging and reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>3. Exclusions from Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>The right of withdrawal does <strong>not apply<\/strong> in the following cases: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>customized or tailor-made products;<\/li>\n<li>sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons, if opened after delivery;<\/li>\n<li>electrical or electronic spare parts already installed or connected;<\/li>\n<li>accessories that cannot be reused after use;<\/li>\n<li>perishable goods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Products purchased on promotion or sale are subject to the same return policy.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>4. Return Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The shipping costs for returns are <strong>borne by the customer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The customer is responsible for shipping until delivery to the address provided in the RMA.<\/li>\n<li>Packages sent cash on delivery or with unpaid shipping costs will not be accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Goods insurance and transport damage:<\/strong><br \/>\nIf the customer has not selected optional goods insurance during purchase, any transport damage does not constitute a valid reason for return, complaint or free replacement, unless otherwise assessed by the courier in charge.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>5. Verification of Returned Products<\/h2>\n<p>Returned products are checked by RAL 3 S.r.l. within <strong>3-5 working days<\/strong> of receipt.<\/p>\n<p>If the product appears to have been used, tampered with or has decreased in value due to handling that was not necessary to verify its nature or functioning, RAL 3 S.r.l. may retain a proportionate part of the amount to be refunded.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>6. Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>After verifying the return, RAL 3 S.r.l. will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 1<strong>4 days from the notification of withdrawal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The refund will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the price paid for the products;<\/li>\n<li>initial shipping costs;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The following are non-refundable:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>optional expenses purchased by the customer (e.g. goods insurance);<\/li>\n<li>additional costs arising from shipping methods other than the cheapest standard method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>7. Returns for Defective or Non-Compliant Products<\/h2>\n<p>In the event of a damaged, defective or non-compliant product, the customer must promptly notify <a href=\"mailto:info@passione500.it\">info@passione500.it<\/a>, attaching photos and a detailed description of the defect.<\/p>\n<p>The customer may request:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>free replacement of the product; or<\/li>\n<li>full refund, including shipping costs for the return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h2>8. Compatibility of Spare Parts and Returns<\/h2>\n<p>The compatibility indicated in the product title or in the \u2018compatible models\u2019 section is based exclusively on Fiat original spare parts catalogues.<\/p>\n<p>The seller is not liable for return requests due to incompatibility caused by non-original modifications to the vehicle, adaptations, customisations or conditions that do not comply with the standard models specified by the manufacturer.<\/p>\n<p>Such requests will be handled as normal returns for withdrawal.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>9.
